ComEd Files Updated Default Service Charges Due To Changes In Uncollectibles Factor

Commonwealth Edison has filed updates to its Purchased Electricity Charges (PECs), for both the summer PECs effective September 2019, and the non-summer PECs, as well as updates to its bypassable transmission rate, to reflect changes in the Incremental Supply Uncollectible Cost Factors (ISUFs).

Most of the changes in the PECs are 1 mill per kWh or less compared to the previously tariffed PECs for the applicable period. The changes for the lighting classes are slightly above 1 mill per kWh but are still marginal.

ComEd also filed updated bypassable transmission charges (PJM Services Charges, PSC). There is no change in the residential PJM Services Charge, and the other changes are less than 1 mill per kWh.
