FERC has extended until April 15, 2020 for ISO-NE to file a long-term fuel security mechanism.

On July 31, 2019, the New England States Committee on Electricity had filed a motion requesting an additional six-month extension of time to allow ISO-NE and the region to work through issues related to ISO-NE’s proposed long-term fuel security mechanism.

New England Power Generators Association, Inc. had opposed extending the filing date beyond December 20, 2019.
