Update: Texas Retail Provider Makes Payment To ERCOT On Outstanding Settlement Invoice, QSE Short-Pay To Be Refunded

ERCOT on September 4 issued a market notice stating that, "On September 3, 2019, Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) and Congestion Revenue Right Account Holders (CRRAHs) that were owed monies from ERCOT Settlement Invoices were short-paid as a result of Axon Power and Gas LLC's (QSE) failure to make a timely payment on a Settlement Invoice."
ERCOT in the September 4 notice stated that, "ERCOT has received payment for the outstanding Settlement Invoice, and as a result, will be issuing refunds to affected QSEs and CRRAHs. The short-paid Settlement Invoices were originally issued on August 28, 2019."
ERCOT listed the details as follows:

Total Amount Originally Shorted to Market: $54,002.29
Total Amount of Subsequent Payout to Market: $54,002.77
