PJM Announces Several Organizational Changes

PJM announced that, Denise Foster, vice president – State and Member Services, has announced her resignation from PJM, effective Oct. 31.

Foster will continue to chair the Markets & Reliability Committee through that date.

With Foster's decision to step down, PJM said "we have decided to realign the State and Member Services Division to further demonstrate the organization’s willingness to listen to key stakeholders and provide a more direct line of communication between the Executive Team, the states and members."

Jen Tribulski, associate general counsel, will assume the role of senior director – Member Services. Tribulski will oversee Stakeholder Affairs, Member Relations and State & Member Training.

Jim Gluck, director – Member Relations, and Dave Anders, director – Stakeholder Affairs, will report directly to Tribulski.

Asim Haque will continue in his role as executive director – Strategic Policy & External Affairs.

Haque and Tribulski will report directly to Vince Duane, senior vice president – General Counsel, Compliance and External Relations.
