The following story is brought free of charge to readers by EC Infosystems, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com

A Texas ALJ denied a motion to intervene from Evolve Retail Energy, LLC d/b/a Evolve Energy in the docket which considered the application of E-Volve Energy, LLC for an electric aggregator certificate

As previously reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, E-Volve Energy, LLC was granted an electric aggregator certificate on September 3.

Evolve Retail Energy, LLC, which had on September 3 filed a motion to intervene under seal, on September 10 sought reconsideration of the approval (see details here).

An ALJ said, "On September 3, 2019 the administrative law judge (ALJ) issued a Notice of Approval (NOA) granting the registration. After he issued the NOA, the ALJ learned that Retail Energy, LLC dba Evolve Energy filed a confidential motion to intervene in this proceeding."

"Because the NOA has already been issued the motion to intervene is denied," the ALJ said

Docket 49846
