Delmarva-MD Residential Generation Rate To Increase 6% In June 2020

Delmarva Power has filed with the Maryland PSC new residential and Type I SOS rates for the period beginning June 1, 2020, and new Type II SOS rates for the period beginning December 1, 2019.

For Rate R residential customers, Delmarva's new generation rate will be 6.5174 cents per kWh for the period beginning June 1, 2020, which is 6% higher than the current rate of 6.1423 cents per kWh and compares to the 2019 summer rate of 5.7947 cents per kWh

For Type I Small General Service - Secondary Service "SGS-S" customers, Delmarva's new generation rate will be 6.3471 cents per kWh for the period beginning June 1, 2020, which compares to the current rate of 6.3121 cents per kWh and the 2019 summer rate of 5.9447 cents per kWh

Rates below, in cents per kWh, reflect only the energy component of SOS, and not transmission or reconciliations.
