Report: Texas Retail Electric Provider Acquires Book Of Customers

In a filing with the Public Utility Commission of Texas, concerning a petition from Staff of the PUCT to revoke the retail electric provider certificate of Axon Power & Gas (Axon), Texas-New Mexico Power Company (TNMP) stated, "on September 30, 2019, representatives of TNMP had a conference call with Axon's representative, Amar Ali. During this conference call, Mr. Ali advised TNMP that it had sold its book to Infuse Energy."

In a separate filing with the PUCT, Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC stated, "Axon's book of customers was sold September 2019 and final switching of all Oncor's ESI IDs was completed on October 1, 2019."

Oncor stated in a filing with the PUCT that, "Axon entered into payment default status again on September 20, 2019 and has remained in that status as of October 31, 2019."

AEP Texas Inc. stated in a filing with the PUCT that, "Axon is currently delinquent to AEP Texas for both Central Division and North Division."

TNMP stated in a filing with the PUCT that, "As of October 17, 2019, Axon is currently delinquent to TNMP under section 4.4.6 of its tariff."

ERCOT stated in a filing with the PUCT that, "Axon is not currently delinquent in payments to ERCOT."
