PJM Announces Departure Of Senior Vice President

PJM announced today that Vince Duane, Senior Vice President, General
Counsel and Corporate Secretary, has decided to leave PJM, to pursue other opportunities
Effective immediately, Christopher O’Hara, currently
Deputy General Counsel, will assume the role of Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary with
responsibility for Law and Compliance.
O’Hara joined PJM in April 2017 and has been managing the regulatory and commercial business needs of PJM. He
has extensive experience in energy, litigation, regulatory affairs and compliance.
