Exelon Reports Constellation Retail Customer, Performance Metrics

In a presentation to investors, Exelon reported various metrics for its Constellation retail business

Constellation serves about 1.8 million customers.

Exelon listed customer load served by its competitive Generation business as 212 TWh, with 1.6 TCF of gas delivered

Exelon listed the following highlights for Constellation:

• "Stable" Retail Margins

• 30% power new customer win rate

• 78% retail power customer renewal rate

• 92% natural gas customer retention rate

• Average customer duration of more than 6 years

• 25 month average power contract term

Exelon also reiterated various outlooks from its recent earnings presentation (see story here), including a commitment to $100 million in additional run-rate cost reductions at ExGen by 2022, reflecting $75 million of O&M savings and $25 million of other P&L savings
