Direct Energy Parent Says Margins, Returns Higher For North America Business Energy Supply Segment

In a trading statement released today, Centrica said, "The Company has delivered growth in total customer accounts, higher margins and returns in business energy supply in North America[.]"
In North America, Centrica Consumer accounts increased by 86,000 in the four months from July to October
Iain Conn, Group Chief Executive, said, "Our performance has been solid so far in the second half of the year and we remain on track to achieve our full year targets for both adjusted operating cash flow and net debt. I am encouraged by further growth in customer accounts and the recovery of business energy supply margins in North America..."
