Energy Marketing Vet Forms New Retail Supplier

A start-up retail energy supplier, Actual Energy, Inc., has been formed
In an application for FERC market-based rate authority, Actual Energy, Inc. stated, "The Applicant is an
energy service company that plans to make retail sales of electricity to residential and commercial
end-users in the State of Massachusetts and may provide similar services in other states in the
future."
In the FERC MBR application, Actual Energy, Inc. stated that Mr. Mark Finley owns and controls 100 percent of the voting securities of the Applicant and is the only officer of the company.
Actual Energy, Inc.'s FERC MBR application also lists in the application Diane Mero as an individual to whom communications concerning the application should be directed (in addition to outside counsel)
