The Connecticut PURA has issued a series of interrogatories to Town Square Energy, LLC, one of which directs the supplier to explain its description of itself as, "One of Connecticut’s Top Suppliers," on its website

The phrase "One of Connecticut’s Top Suppliers -- 4 Years In A Row" appears on a rotating splash image on Town Square Energy's homepage

PURA issued the following interrogatory to Town Square Energy:

Refer to Town Square website [screenshot included in interrogatory]. On what basis is Town Square claiming to be 'One of Connecticut’s Top Supplier [sic]?' With awareness that neither the Authority nor any other credible organization ranks suppliers, what is a 'top supplier?'"
