PUC Approves Change In Company's License From Retail Supplier To Broker/Marketer

The Pennsylvania PUC granted CIMA Energy Solutions, LLC an amendment to its EGS supplier license for CIMA Energy Solutions to serve as a broker/marketer, and to no longer be licensed as a load-serving retail supplier.
CIMA Energy Solutions was granted authority as a broker/marketer to serve residential, small commercial (25 kW and under demand), large commercial (over 25 kW demand), and industrial customers in all service areas
As previously reported, in its filing, CIMA Energy Solutions has noted that it has not yet contracted with any electric supply customers, and, likewise, has not yet served any electric load within Pennsylvania.
CIMA Energy Solutions continues to act as a natural gas supplier
