Texas Retail Provider Files To Relinquish REP Certificate

Certificate (Docket No. 45960).
Koch Energy Services' cessation of retail electric provider operations and intent to relinquish its REP certificate had been first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com
Koch Energy Services said that, "it obtained this certificate to trade in electricity while its affiliate, Odessa-Ector
Power Partners, L.P. ('Odessa') owned an approximately one thousand (1,000) megawatt combined cycle,
combustion turbine power plant located in Odessa, Texas (the 'Odessa Facility')."
Koch no longer owns the Odessa facility
