The Connecticut PURA has rescheduled the hearing on its previously reported proposed decision concerning new retail electric supplier marketing rules in Docket 14-07-20RE01
PURA will now hold a public hearing on March 16. The hearing may continue on additional dates, as deemed necessary.
The Retail Energy Supply Association had requested rescheduling of the hearing from the original date of February 20, stating the RESA's counsel and witness are both unavailable on February 20
Per PURA's original notice, "The limited purpose of the hearing is to allow all parties an opportunity to offer evidence regarding any evidence and analysis the Authority relied on in establishing the marketing standards set forth in the Proposed Final Decision."
