Family Energy, Inc. petitioned the New York PSC for a partial waiver of the Commission's retail energy reset order to allow Family Energy to offer two "green gas" product offerings
Details of the "green gas" product offerings were filed on a confidential basis
Family Energy said that a feature of its program (the specific nature of the feature was filed under seal) would, "further enhance[] the product and empowers customers with transparency to better evaluate the value they are receiving in the interim period before the on-bill price comparison and unbundled bill structure are developed and implemented consistent with the Order."
In the confidential filing, Family said that it, "describes the benefits associated with its Green Gas Program, the methodology by which it calculates those benefits, and how those benefits reasonably relate to the cost of implementing the program."
