Retail Supplier Acquires Book Of Customers

Rhoads Energy is acquiring all of the retail natural gas customers of Mack Oil Company d/b/a The Mack Services Group, a retail natural gas supplier operating in Pennsylvania
Mack Oil Company serves customers only in the PECO
service territory
Mack Oil Company will cease natural gas supply service
after the transfer is completed. Mack expects to seek abandonment of its supplier license once all customers
are transferred, or after April 1, 2020.
It is expected that customers will begin to be switched beginning with
meter reads on or after March 11, 2020.
There will be no changes to the terms of the acquired customer contracts
