Oncor To Issue Another Credit To Retail Electric Providers To Reflect Interest Rate Savings

Oncor will again issue a credit to retail electric providers, under Rider ISR - Interest Savings Refund, additional amounts from interest rate savings related to Oncor's acquisition by Sempra

Oncor proposes to refund a $2,465,653 balance in the regulatory liability account at February 29, 2020, in a similar fashion as previous refunds: over a one-month period during the June 2020 billing month (beginning on May 26, 2020 for retail customers) using a Texas SET SAC04 code RRR008 identified as Merger Savings Credit and a SAC15 description of Interest Savings Refund.

Under Oncor's filing, Rider ISR - Interest Savings Refund would be as follows, effective 5/26/20, and applicable for one billing month as described above:
