New Jersey BPU Set To Consider Door-to-Door Sales Ban For Retail Energy Suppliers On March 19

At an emergency meeting tomorrow (March 19), the New Jersey BPU is to consider an order under which, "Any door-to-door sales activity by Third Party Suppliers or other sales persons selling energy or energy related products (for example: residential solar, community solar, or energy efficiency offerings) [shall] be suspended immediately."
