Texas PUC Staff To Hold Web Meeting To Discuss Clarifications To COVID-19 Electricity Relief Program; Answer REP Questions

Texas PUC Staff will hold a web meeting on the afternoon of Wednesday April 1, 2020 to discuss clarification questions regarding implementation of the COVID-19 Electricity Relief Program by Retail Electric Providers (REPs).

As previously reported, the Electricity Relief Program provides a set level of reimbursement to REPs for eligible residential customers who may not be disconnected (See details here)

REPs and utilities were directed to submit questions concerning implementation via email to Covid19Relief@puc.texas.gov.

Submissions received by noon on March 31 will be addressed on the April 1 call. Details of how to access the web meeting, once available, will be sent to all registered REPs.
