Texas TDUs File Effective Dates For New Delivery Surcharge Applied To Retail Electric Providers To Fund REP, TDU Reimbursement Program

The Texas TDUs have submitted compliance filings to implement a new rider (Rider ERP) to fund the previously reported COVID-19 Electricity Relief Program which will reimburse retail electric providers and TDUs for customer non-payment during a disconnection moratorium for eligible non-residential customers

As previously reported, Rider ERP (Electricity Relief Program Fund, or similarly named at each TDU) is a charge of $0.000330 per kWh on each delivery service rate case at each TDU
CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric's filed tariff includes an effective date of March 31, 2020.
AEP Texas' filed tariff (both divisions) includes an effective date of April 1, 2020
Texas-New Mexico Power's filed tariff includes an effective date of March 30, 2020
Oncor's compliance filing was not available as of publication time
