Retail Supplier Undergoes Ownership Change

Pilot Power Group, Inc., a retail electric supplier, reported in a regulatory filing that the Company was recently involved
in a reorganization transaction that consists of the following (the "Transaction"):
1. In connection with the reorganization, the Company was transferred from the
current shareholders to a holding company that is owned by the current
shareholders (the "Transfer").
2 Following the Transfer, the Company underwent a conversion from a
corporation to a limited liability company, such that the name changed from
Pilot Power Group, Inc. to Pilot Power Group, LLC (the "Conversion"). The
employer ID number (EIN) did not change in connection with the Conversion
or Transfer.
3. Shortly following the Transfer and the Conversion, the ownership of the
Company was changed and the current shareholders no longer control the
Company (the "Change of Control").
