PSC Grants Clarification On Collection Of Funds For Offshore Wind From Retail Suppliers

In response to a petition from NextEra Energy Marketing, the Maryland PSC, "granted the Motion for Clarification finding that no Offshore Renewable Energy
Credits from the offshore wind project of U.S. Wind will be collected or created for purchase by
any electricity supplier prior to its current projected Commercial Operational Date of
December 2024."
