Texas Retail Provider Files To Relinquish REP Certificate

American L&P Co. filed to relinquish its Texas retail electric provider certificate
American L&P Co. noted that, as first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, in August 2019, American L&P Co. agreed to sell its Texas retail customer book to NRG Energy's subsidiary, US Retailers LLC.
American L&P Co. completed its last active transfer of service on March 6, 2020 and its operations ended on March 31, 2020.
