Texas PUC Does Not Extend Late Payment Fee Rule Exception

The Public Utility Commission of Texas at today's meeting decided to not extend the previously adopted exception which applied to the rule that, absent the exception, normally allows REPs to charge late fees to residential customers
As previously reported, the PUC had ordered that the rule exception would end on May 15, 2020, unless further extended by the PUC.
