New York DPS Staff Sets Technical Conference On Resource Adequacy Study

Staff of the New York Department of Public Service (DPS Staff) will convene a Technical Conference on May 29, 2020 to review the results of analyses prepared by The Brattle Group to evaluate, from an economic and policy perspective, the merits of existing and potential resource adequacy structures
The purpose of the conference is so that interested stakeholders understand the quantitative and qualitative analyses used to compare varying structures. Related materials will be filed separately by DPS Staff and posted in Case 19-E-0530 in advance of the Technical Conference.
