The following story is brought free of charge to readers by EC Infosystems, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com

Retail electric provider Axon Power & Gas, LLC, which has been subject to default under a TDU tariff, said in a status update with the Texas PUC that Axon, "has completed payment to three of the four TDUs."

As previously reported, PUC Staff has petitioned for the revocation of Axon's REP certificate. During the pendency of the case, Axon sold its customer book (see details here)

As previously reported, Axon said that it has been in discussions with PUC Staff to address outstanding issues and re-enter the market

In an update, Axon stated, "Axon and Staff have continued their discussions about operational and management changes to Axon and administrative penalties and, since the last status report, have reached the point where those discussions have resulted in a draft document formalizing Axon's commitment to certain conditions required for market reentry."

Axon requested a further abatement of the Staff revocation petition, and, as it has done previously, Axon represented that it currently has no customers and will take no action to enroll any new customers while the proceeding is abated.
