Oncor, CenterPoint-TDU Provide Update On COVID Electricity Relief Program Customer Enrollment

Several Texas TDUs have filed updates to information reported to the Texas PUC concerning customer enrollment in the COVID-19 Electricity Relief Program ("Program")

Oncor reported that the total number of electric service identifiers (ESI IDs) in its service area identified as qualified for the Program through a MarkeTrak submitted by the customer’s Retail Electric Provider, as of the close of business on May 8th, 2020, were 28,795

Oncor reported that the total number of ESI IDs in its service area actually qualified for the Program upon TDU review of the MarkeTrak request, as of the close of business on May 8th, 2020, were 14,855

Separately, in a month-end report, Oncor also reported that the total number of ESI IDs enrolled in the ERP as of April 30, 2020 were 8,645

CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric LLC reported that the total number of ESI IDs enrolled in the ERP as of April 30, 2020 were 7,259
