NRG Retail Suppliers Commit To Funding Portion Of Texas Low-Income Customer List For New Fiscal Year

The NRG Energy retail suppliers submitted to the Texas PUC a request for lists of low-income electric customers served by Everything Energy LLC (REP Certificate 10178), Green Mountain Energy Company (REP Certificate 10009), Reliant Energy Retail Services LLC (REP Certificate 10007), Stream SPE LTD (REP Certificate 10104), US Retailers LLC (REP Certificate 10177), and XOOM Energy Texas LLC (REP Certificate 10203).

NRG Retail affirmed its commitment to contribute $20,000 toward the reimbursement of the Commission's costs to provide this list in the State fiscal year beginning September 1, 2020.

REPs may voluntarily request to participate in the matching process to receive a list of their low-income customers. The list is only produced in an upcoming fiscal year if at least one REP requests the list by July 31
