Texas Retail Provider Withdraws Voluntary POLR Status

Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. (CNE) has filed at the Texas PUC a request to be removed from the voluntary POLR ("VREP") list for the current term, within five (5) calendar days pursuant to P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.43 (i)(4).
Previously, Constellation NewEnergy had volunteered to serve as a POLR (VREP) for all customer classes in the Oncor and CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric service areas, for the 2019-20 term
