The following story is brought free of charge to readers by EC Infosystems, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
Pursuant to Senate Bill 1976, Accent Energy Texas LP, d/b/a IGS Energy, submitted at the Texas PUC a formal request for
production and receipt of a list of its low income electric customers for the State fiscal year beginning on
September 1, 2020.
"IGS Energy also affirms its agreement to contribute to the remaining $20,000 on a pro rata basis toward
reimbursement of the Commission's costs to provide this list in the forthcoming fiscal year," IGS Energy said
As previously reported, the NRG Retail companies previously submitted a request for production of the list and affirmed their commitment to contribute $20,000 toward the reimbursement of the Commission's costs to provide this list in the State fiscal year beginning September 1, 2020.
REPs may voluntarily request to participate in the matching process to receive a list of their low-income customers. The list is only produced in an upcoming fiscal year if at least one REP requests the list by July 31
