Retail Supplier Seeks Waiver of RPS Compliance Fee Due To "Extreme Economic Hardship"

Agera Energy, LLC and energy.me midwest llc d/b/a energy.me submitted separate, but substantially similar, petitions to the Maryland PSC for waiver of the RPS compliance fee due to, "extreme economic hardship."

As previously reported, both suppliers had filed for bankruptcy, and selected as the condition under which the waiver application is being filed the following: "Initiation or involvement in bankruptcy proceedings under 11 U.S.C. § et seq."
