174 Power Global and Gerdau Long Steel North America announced that the companies have entered into a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to develop an 80-megawatt behind-the-meter (BTM) solar facility in Texas

The 80-megawatt Gerdau solar project will be located adjacent to the Gerdau Midlothian Steel Mill in Midlothian, Texas

Construction on the Gerdau solar facility is expected to commence by the end of 2020 and be completed at the end of 2021.
