The New Jersey BPU issued an order ending, subject to conditions, the restriction on door-to-door sales for retail energy suppliers that had been set forth in a March 19th order

The order allowing door to door sales to resume shall be effective June 15, 2020.

In allowing door to door sales to resume, the BPU requires, "that sales activities comply with appropriate health and safety measures, including providing employees with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, and other steps recommended by the New Jersey Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention."

The other procedural portions of the Board’s March 19 order remain in effect until further notice.
