New York ESCO To Offer Customers New HVAC Protection Program For Their Homes, Additional Services
The following story is brought free of charge to readers by EC Infosystems, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
Kiwi Energy, a retail energy supplier serving New York and Ohio, announced that it has partnered with Cinch Home Services in order to offer new customers HVAC protection for their homes.
"The service will be incorporated as part of Kiwi Energy's Kiwi Guard product. They will soon offer a full suite of additional services for the home through the Cinch partnership," Kiwi said
Under the program, when a covered item breaks down, customers can request service from Cinch, which will find a pre-screened service pro in the customer's area to help fix the item.
The service pro will repair the item (if it can’t be repaired, it will be replaced).
Customers pay a deductible and the repair is guaranteed for 180 days (non-covered charges may apply).
There is a claim cap of $750 per agreement term
The program also includes appliance discounts; lockout protection; and emergency lodging reimbursement up to $1,200 (one claim per year)
Kiwi Guard is currently available for New York customers only
