Oncor DCRF Charge Applicable To Retail Electric Providers To More Than Double For Residential, Secondary ≤10 kW Customers Under Settlement

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC and various parties including Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas, the Steering Committee of Cities Served by Oncor, Alliance of Oncor Cities, and Alliance for Retail Markets have filed a stipulation that would set new amounts for Oncor's Distribution Cost Recovery Factor (DCRF), which is a rider applicable to retail electric providers

The new amounts for Rider DCRF are proposed to be effective September 1, 2020. Parties agree to interim rates pursuant to 16 Tex. Admin. Code § 22.125 to the extent necessary to effectuate the proposed rates on September 1.

The proposed Oncor DCRF settlement rates are below:
