Just Energy Announces "Correction" to Record Date for Recapitalization Plan

Just Energy Group Inc. announced that in connection with the previously proposed recapitalization plan announced on July 8, 2020, it will be seeking, as part of the interim order, a revision of the previously announced July 8, 2020 record date for voting of securityholders, to July 23, 2020.
The record date for the new equity subscription opportunity described in the July 8, 2020 announcement remains unchanged at July 23, 2020.
