NRG Reports Capital Allocation For Small Book Acquisitions

In providing a business update in connection with its announced agreement to acquire Direct Energy (story here), NRG disclosed the capital allocated for small book acquisitions.
Specifically, in a list of changes in its 2020 capital allocation since the prior quarter, NRG listed, "Small books" as $25 million.
In the presentation, NRG did not specify the nature of the small book acquisitions.
However, EnergyChoiceMatters.com was first to report (story here) that NRG recently purchased the Texas retail customer book of Texans Energy. NRG, in a separate transaction, also recently acquired the Texas retail customer book of Windrose Energy
