Texas Retail Provider Griddy Launches Three Solar Partnerships

Griddy recently announced three rooftop solar partnerships, with Freedom Solar, Longhorn Solar, and Texas Solar Brokers, for each to offer special deals to Griddy members for rooftop solar installation

With respect to compensation for distributed solar production, Griddy credits the full amount for all generation up to the customer's usage in each 15-minute interval. Any excess generation above the customer's usage in that 15-minute interval gets credited for energy-only, at the real-time rate

In June, Griddy said that Freedom Solar is offering Griddy members a $1,000 manufacturer’s rebate on a new home solar power system from SunPower.
