Retail Supplier Completes Transition Of Customers To Default Service, Seeks Withdrawal Of Eligibility

East Coast Power & Gas of New Jersey, LLC and East Coast Power & Gas, LLC (collectively 'ECPG') informed the New York PSC that, "All ECPG's natural gas and electricity customers have been returned to their utility company as of June 30, 2020 and July 13, 2020 respectively."

ECPG informed the New York PSC that ECPG, "will no longer serve electricity and natural gas customers in the state of NY, and therefore, respectfully requests that its retail eligibility with the Department be withdrawn, effective August 11, 2020."
