David C. Wiers, President of Satori Energy, announced today that Satori Energy has acquired the assets of Texas Energy Brokers LLC.

Texas Energy Brokers serves customers throughout Texas, and primarily in West Texas.

Texas Energy Brokers founder Donald Holmes stated, "As the industry continues to evolve, it becomes increasingly important to be able to provide the highest value to clients. The transaction closed in September 2020.
