A company named "Dynergy" has filed, with the Public Utility Commission of Texas, a registration as a Texas electric broker

The filing lists "Jan Ma" [sic] as owner of Dynergy

According to Texas Secretary of State records, the assumed name "Dynergy" is registered to Dyneris, LLC, which filed for use of the name Dynergy on July 1, 2020

Based on such information (as well as having no address or contact information in common), the company Dynergy does not appear to be affiliated with, in any way, Vistra or Vistra's subsidiary, Dynegy
