Eurie H Acosta serves as CEO of PowerMEX, LLC, and serves as the Managing Member of PowerMEX, LLC

In the application, PowerMEX sought authority to collect deposits or advance payments from customers

According to a letter included with the application, the Texas Certification Directory has accepted PowerMEX, LLC into the Texas Certification Directory program for Hispanic Owned Business Certification.

According to Texas Secretary of State records, an individual named Eurie H Acosta serves in various roles (director, member, etc., depending on the specific LLC) at several Texas-based LLCs, including Loco Properties LLC d/b/a Direct Tek Staffing; as well as Loco Brands, LLC, which is authorized to use the assumed names DIRECT TEK, Eurie's Warehouse, and Electronvolt. Among other things, Loco Brands, LLC provides various services related to telecommunications
