PECO has filed with the Pennsylvania PUC new electric Generation Supply Adjustment (GSA) charges for the period beginning December 1, 2020

The GSA (labeled generation charge) is the largest component of the Price to Compare (PTC). The PTC also includes the transmission charge; new PTCs have not yet been posted. The transmission charge typically changes in December.

For residential customers (R, RH), PECO's GSA effective December 1, 2020 will be $0.05920 per kWh, marginally higher than the current $0.05852 per kWh

For General Service (GS) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective December 1 will be $0.06008 per kWh, nearly 4% higher than the current $0.05782 per kWh

For Primary - Distribution Power (PD) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective December 1 will be $0.05904 per kWh, nearly 4% higher than the current $0.05683 per kWh

For High - Tension Power (HT) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective December 1 will be $0.05663 per kWh, versus the current $0.05451 per kWh

The new GSAs are to be effective December 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021. The rates remain subject to PUC approval

Separately, PECO also posted results from its September 2020 procurement of a portion of electric default service supplies for various periods through November 2022.

For residential electric default service, PECO's procurement resulted in weighted average winning bid prices ($/MWh) as follows:

Residential
Delivery Period Price Tranches
                                  Procured

Dec 2020–Nov 2022 $50.84 9

Each tranche is 1.6% of class load

For small commercial electric default service, PECO's procurement resulted in weighted average winning bid prices ($/MWh) as follows:
