Start-up Barracuda Energy LLC applied for an Ohio natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at Columbia Gas of Ohio and Dominion Energy Ohio

Barracuda Energy describes itself as a, "stand-alone entity with no affiliate or subsidiary companies."

Mary Lee serves as President and an owner at Barracuda Energy, with Ryan Lee serving as a Partner

Jeffrey Feinstein serves as Director of Operations and Business for Barracuda Energy

Feinstein has served as President of Mercury Energy Marketing and was listed as serving in such capacity in an August license renewal filing by Mercury Energy (and filed a document on behalf of the company with PUCO as recently as September 2020).

Feinstein previously worked as a natural gas trader at Total Gas and Power, North America and previously managed the tailgate of the Kensington Processing Facility in Columbiana County, Ohio, as well as multiple well-bores which produced natural gas that tied in directly to Dominion East Ohio's LPPS pooling area.

Barracuda stated that it is also seeking certification in Pennsylvania, New York, Kentucky, Indiana, and Maryland.
