Pepco Residential SOS Rate To Fall 10% Next Summer

Various Maryland electric utilities have filed new SOS rates for various periods

All rates in this story reflect only the generation service charge (or equivalent supply charge) and do not include bypassable transmission or reconciliation

Pepco - Md.

Pepco filed new residential and Type I SOS rates for the period June 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021.

For Schedule R residential customers, Pepco's June 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021 generation service charge rate will be $0.05864 per kWh, or 10% lower than the current rate of $0.06516 per kWh which extends through May 2021.

Pepco also filed new SOS rates for Type II customers effective December 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021

Delmarva Power - Md.

Delmarva Power filed new residential and Type I SOS rates for the period June 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021.

For service class R residential customers, Delmarva's June 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021 generation service charge rate will be $0.066802 per kWh, which is marginally lower than the current rate of $0.067061 per kWh which extends through May 2021.

Delmarva also filed new SOS rates for Type II customers effective December 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021
