Connecticut Light & Power Residential Default Service Rate Increasing 14%, Small Business Rate Increasing 10%

Connecticut Light & Power has filed Standard Service rates for the period January 2021 to June 2021, and Last Resort Service Rates for the period January 2021 to March 2021

The January 2021 to June 2021 CL&P (Eversource) residential (Rate 1) supply rate will be 8.391¢/kWh, which is 14% higher than the current rate of 7.375¢/kWh.

These rates, and all rates below, include the new bypassable Federally Mandated Congestion Charge of -0.050¢/kWh, versus the prior bypassable FMCC of -0.070¢/kWh

CL&P small C&I Standard Service rates will increase 10% to 8.192¢/kWh for January 2021 to June 2021, from the current 7.421¢/kWh
