Retail Supplier Acquiring 200,000 Customers

Dominion
Energy Solutions, Inc. ("DES") provided to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio notice of the transfer of its Ohio residential, small
commercial, and government aggregation customer contracts to Interstate Gas Supply, Inc.
("IGS").
On or about November 30, 2020, IGS will acquire the Ohio residential and small
commercial customer contracts of DES consisting of approximately 200,000 natural gas
customers.
The DES customers are located in all four natural gas service territories in Ohio, with
approximately 1,700 customers within Duke Energy’s service area, approximately 150,000
customers within Dominion Energy Ohio’s service area, approximately 30,000 customers within
Columbia Gas of Ohio’s service area, and approximately 7,500 customers within Vectren Energy’s
service area.
In addition to such residential and small commercial customer contracts, DES also
serves a handful of government aggregation customers under contracts that will expire in 2021 and
2022, and such government aggregation customers will also be acquired by IGS on or about
November 30, 2020.

As exclusively first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com last year, IGS and Dominion Energy previously formed Wrangler, a joint venture comprised of an ownership structure represented by an 80% stake held by IGS and a 20% stake held by Dominion. Wrangler is a subsidiary of IGS JV Holdings, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of IGS.
