Residential, Small & Medium Customer Class Standard Offer Rates At Central Maine Power Falling 12%

The Maine PUC has approved new Standard Offer electricity rates at Central Maine Power

For the residential/small C&I customer class at CMP, the new fixed rate is $0.064494 per kWh for the period Jan. 2021 to Dec. 2021, or 12% lower than the current rate of $0.073037 per kWh

For medium C&I customers, rates will vary by month, but on an annual basis the new supply rates are 12% lower than current rates. See the new medium class rates here

Prices for CMP large business customers will be indexed to market prices and set in advance of each month.
