Energy Harbor Files For New York ESCO Registration; Discloses Expected Start Of Retail Operations In Texas

Energy Harbor LLC filed a Retail Access Application Form with the New York PSC to serve as an Electric Services Company (ESCO)
In the New York RAAF, Energy Harbor sought authorization to serve mass market customers (residential and small non-residential) as well as large non-residential customers
In the New York RAAF, Energy Harbor indicated that the products it would offer mass market customers would be a fixed rate within the required PSC-established price cap, and a renewable product (50 percentage points greater than RES LSE Obligation for the year)

In its New York RAAF filing, Energy Harbor indicated that it expects to begin Texas retail operations in Q1 2021
